I loved how close we were to the Strip, just a short walk a couple blocks away, giving us easy access to all the major casinos and attractions while still allowing us to enjoy a quieter spot to relax at night; the staff were friendly and the suite was spacious with a full kitchen and comfy beds. The pool was a nice bonus for unwinding after a day of exploring. It would be great if the elevators had card access for added security, but overall, this place is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas.

Spacious room with a full kitchen and a massive bathroom made for a great home base. The balcony was a bonus, letting in plenty of light. Walking to the strip was manageable, and staff were friendly enough. the pool didn’t impress, feeling neglected with broken umbrellas and questionable cleanliness. Small frustrations included a malfunctioning ice machine and limited AC in the bedroom that made sleeping uncomfortable. some kitchen basics like a corkscrew were missing. The experience felt a bit more like Airbnb than a polished hotel, and I left with mixed feelings.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with the blanket situation. I set up the sofa bed, but there was no blanket. Waiting on the front desk felt like forever, and their response felt dismissive. It really ruined my night.

I loved that it was just a 15-minute stroll to the heart of the strip, making it easy to explore famous spots like the Bellagio and the LINQ Promenade while also being far enough away to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere when I returned to my room, which had great amenities like a full kitchen and spacious bathroom; however, some furniture could use an upgrade.

The room's AC struggled, impacting sleep quality. Cleaning left something to be desired; I found hair on the bathroom floor. While the experience was mostly enjoyable, an overhaul of housekeeping protocols is essential. Minor issues were present, but the positives far outweighed them. Would recommend, with a few caveats. No casinos or smoking is a significant plus for families.

From the moment I checked in, the friendly staff made me feel so welcomed! The pool was a dreamy oasis, and the added touch of a bottle of wine for my birthday was super special. Our spacious room offered amazing mountain views, and I loved the full kitchen for cozy breakfasts!

Yo, if only this place had a sick rooftop club or a lit party scene, it would've been off the charts for us young party-goers! .

The cleanliness fell short of expectations, with stains and odors that were off-putting. We also encountered maintenance issues, such as a door that wouldn't open and malfunctioning lights and appliances. the suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. The washer and dryer in the room were a lifesaver during our trip, making it easy to freshen up our clothes. The kitchen area was handy for preparing simple meals, and the living space was comfortable for relaxing. Unfortunately, the customer service was a letdown. We experienced rude staff during check-in and had difficulties getting the necessary linens and amenities for our room. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism from the front desk staff was disappointing, especially when it came to resolving issues promptly. In terms of facilities, the rooftop pool, one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, was closed during our stay, which was a major disappointment. the housekeeping seemed inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned daily as expected. The Platinum had its strengths, such as the convenient location and the spacious suite with useful amenities.

clean and spacious suites with a view of the Strip - complimentary valet parking, and a great indoor/outdoor heated pool. close to the Strip - easy check-in/out, and no casino or smoking allowed - perfect for families.

Room was spacious and well, equipped, complete with a fridge and microwave. Great location near the strip and various restaurants. Having a separate tub and shower was a nice touch for relaxation.
The room had numerous maintenance issues: non, functioning TV remotes, difficult, to, operate fireplace, very uncomfortable mattresses. The potential of the beautiful hotel design was overshadowed by these maintenance shortcomings.

Our stay at this non-gambling hotel was amazing! The strip view from our spacious suite was simply breathtaking. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area made us feel right at home. The on-site cafe provided a delicious breakfast to start our days. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the strip and other attractions.
The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

the staff, especially Nuna at the front desk, were awesome! they were very chatty and had great information about the area. the valet parking and staff were also great, and the room itself was nice. the facilities are good, with very spacious suites that are big, clean, and comfortable. it's also very close to the strip, just a short walking distance away.
